Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our lifetime guarantee covers the workmanship and materials on select items for as long as you own that item with original receipt and tags. Our warranty covers any problems with snaps, zippers, seams, and grommets that arise due to normal use of the garment. This warranty does not apply to intentionally misuses, or damage resulting from negligence, exposure, improper cleaning, wrinkling of natural marks, stretching, variation in color, grain, texture, burns, cuts, pet damage, spills, mold, mildew, dyes or corrosive chemicals, ink, paint, oils, bodily fluids, heavy soiling, abuse, floods, fire or other acts of god; any such warranty claim will be void. Upon approval of claim, we will arrange to have your garment repaired locally or replaced. If it is found thereafter that the defect was not related to workmanship or materials, then we reserve the right to charge for the repairs. If both consumer abuse and factory defect are involved at the same time, we reserve the right to determine the validity of the entire claim. Please note that items that have had pins or patches installed can be repaired but not replaced upon claim approval. Also because every leather hide is different and change in dye lots are out of our control, color matches for repairs or replacement are not guaranteed to be exact. Leather is a natural product and requires proper care to ensure long life and beauty. This warranty does not cover leather cleaning. Using products made specifically for its care, along with regular cleaning and conditioning, are a must to preserve its appearance and texture.
