I took my bike in for it's 15,000 mile sevice and could not have been more pleased with each and every aspect of the experience. Nick picked up the bike at my home. He and Joe had the techs go over everything on my check list. ( I knew that I needed a new rear tire, batteries for the key fobs, oil change etc) They also perfomed a few other necessary warranty items.I was pleased to be able to meet one of their most knowlegable Tech's. Marrion. I could tell right away that he knows the Harley Machines inside and out.Jeremy McMillian chatted with me as the other Tech's detailed the bike for delivery.Bottom line, the experience was more than you could ask for. I just filled out a questionnaire regarding Louisville Harley-Davidson and I told Harley Davidson Motor Corporation the difference's between your dealership and the Louisville, Kentucky Dealership. In Louisville the salesmen act like they could care less if you were there or not and you have to go looking for someone to do business with. I had purchased 2 new bikes there in the past 2 years (2009 Ultra Classic and a 2010 Dyna Glide) and when I knew I wanted a 2012 Fat Bob I walked up to a salesman and inquired about purchasing a Harley Orange model and he stated "there are none on the floor" and walked away. Needless to say I walked out (This would of been my fifth Harley purchase in 6 years!")I was ridding to St Louis, Mo to visit family in Springfield, Illinois when I heard Surdyke's ad on the radio so I called them. They had a bike in stock that I wanted and assembled it as I rode down to Festus, Mo to pick it up (480 miles). I tend to trade bikes every 2 years and will be going back to Surdyke Harley soon to purchase another bike, this time a Trike. The sales men are friendly and want your business here and will trade on anything of value (I traded a 1 carrot ladies diamond ring, getting what I wanted for it).

I bought a new 2011 streetglide that day and have been making the 3 1/2 hour trip there for all of my services and just had my 103 built up. I will continue to use Surdyke in all of my needs. I was looking for a 110th Anniversary Tri Glide and we finally found this one at Surdyke Harley Davidson, this place is without a doubt the best Harley dealer I have ever done business with, from the moment Stacey introduced himself to me as soon as we got there the whole experience was wonderful and all the employees were far and away the nicest people I have ever dealt with. I was looking for a tri-glide for my wife on the net, they just happen to have exactly what we wanted. They held the bike for us till we could get there to see it and we agreed on a price base on the word of the condition of the bike. When we got there the bike was not misrepresent a bit, it was perfect in every way. It's been over a month and the wife is still smiling.

I have also had the pleasure to do business with the service department. WOW, What a great experience. I decided I wanted a stage 4 kit installed on a Friday afternoon for a trip I was taking the following Thursday. These guys are miracle workers, they got the parts ordered that came in Monday morning. I dropped off the 2013 Street Glide at 9:00am
they started ASAP and I picked it up Wednesday evening. This freaking thing is fast!!

Picked up my 2013 Ultra Limited yesterday. Bike was spotless and Nic explained everything about my new bike. While traveling, I ran into some electrical problems with my Big Dog motorcycle. Desparate because I was with a group of people from out of town, I contacted Surdyke on Firday eveing around 6 pm.
I asked how late they would be open; thankfully they had an event going on, so they were open until 9 pm and told me to bring the bike up and they would get me right in.
Upon my arrival, they did just that. The service department took my bike straight into the back.
The service staff was over-the-top friendly and worked feverishly to get the motorcycle fixed by 9 pm.
As the 9:00 hour rolled upon us, the shop should have closed; instead, the service staff continued to trouble-shoot the problem. They absolutely refused to give up on diagnosing the issue and fixing it even when I was ready to just call it a night.
One of the men promised me that they were not going to stop until they figured out the problem and fixed it.
By about 10:30, the service department had about seven members and the GM dedicated to fixing the bike even when I told them to just leave it and come back to it the next day. They refused.
By 11:30, two and a half hours after they were supposed to close and head home to their families or head out to enjoy their Friday night, the entire team figured out the problem and were well on their way to having it fixed.
I have had my motorcycle in a few shops over the years. Never have I experienced the dedication and commitment from a service department...never!
There is no doubt in my mind that I will never receive this treatment from any other service department, either.

Great Service, I've only found one other parts discount dealer and after have dealt with them for many years was very sad and a little frustrated when they closed up shop. In the 7 years I've owned my Sportster, EVERY time I wanted something from the H-D catalog, the local dealer had to order it. That meant two 35 mile trips. One to order and pay, the other to pick up the parts. Placed an order with Surdyke. Let's see...I got my parts FASTER than from the local dealer, no driving involved, the part was delivered to my door, & even with shipping it cost 15% less. EVERYBODY ON THE STAFF WAS OVERTLY FRIENDLY! EVERYONE WAS UPBEAT AND IT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE ANYONE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY. THEY ALSO MADE IT VERY SIMPLE TO PURCHASE A NEW HARLEY. I wanted to convey my personal thanks to you and your service department at your Harley-Davidson dealership in Festus, Missouri. Two weeks ago, I made a trip from Panama City, Florida to St. Louis to visit my dying Grandfather and I was on my bike (2007 FLHT). I had been experiencing trouble with the check valve on the fuel tank. The valve would unseat itself and shut the bike down. I had the bike at another dealership, in Florida, twice attempting to get it repaired under warranty. The other dealership REFUSED to fix the problem because they could not replicate it in their shop. I called my Uncle, Skip Gerstner (who has bought several bikes from your Festus dealership) and asked him to see if he could arrange something while I was in transit. Ms. Putt told him to have me come down the first morning I could and she would "check it out". The next morning, I arrived at 0830 and Ms. Putt got me in right away, even before the store had opened. When Dave Campfield arrived, he took it in the back and within minutes was back to me explaining the problem and ordering parts. Ms. Putt did a down bike report and two days later had me back to change out the defective parts. I fully expected to hear the same song and dance that I had heard at the Florida dealership about not being able to replicate the problem therefore my expectation was to have to live with the issue until there was a hard failure. Dave showed me improper wear indications on the old parts and explained to me that he could tell there was a problem without replicating it! I was shocked. No fight, no fuss, no problems, just a solution to my satisfaction!!! Ms. Putt and Dave treated me with the utmost in respect and far exceeded any of the expectations that I had! While waiting for the repairs to be made, I had the pleasure of dealing with the staff in the sales and parts department. Each and every employee was a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and valued as if I had been there several times before. Again, I just wanted to personally thank you and hope that you will share my deep appreciation and admiration for your staff with their supervisors! I will definitely return for my future needs when visiting the area!

Please tell potential Canadian customers that buying at Surdyke was a great experience for this canuck. I have saved about 25% on the accessories I wanted compared to buying at my local Quebec dealer. USPS shipping is slow but cheap and reliable. No custom duties were charged even on the "Genuine" Harley parts made in Taiwan. As long as the Canadian Dollar stays above 90 cents US - Order From Surdyke!

Just purchased a new 2011 Street Glide from Surdyke Harley-Davidson and feel compelled to share my experience with other potential buyers. In a word - Exceptional. The entire buying experience was downright pleasant - something I typically would not say about a car or bike purchase. Every person I met and worked with was pleasant and professional - from the initial contact with Doug in Sales, to working with Lee in Finance, Putt and Josh in service, the ladies in apparel, and Jeremy on the delivery. Not to mention being introduced to the owner, Mr. Tim Surdyke, while I was there. That was a first! After my purchase, I was given the opportunity to ring the Freedom Bell and the entire staff joined in my purchase celebration. I recently completed a 3000 mile trip to South Dakota. While on the trip i realized that i need to be part of the largest motorcycle dealership network in America...HARLEY DAVIDSON ! So, i rode my old (Brand V) m/c up 75 miles to Surdyke to see Jerry and his crew at Surdyke. Doug in sales proved very knowledgeable about specifics on different models. All it took was a 20 minute ride on a 2011 Street Glide and i knew that this was the bike i wanted. I told Jerry what i needed for trade-in, he agreed, and the deal was set in motion. Lee in financing was great, always nice to meet a fellow U S Navy Vet. I couldn't wait to personalize the bike a bit, so i bought a set of ISO Grips, and Ms Putt was kind enough to work me in on a busy day to get them installed (thank ya dear). Did i mention that i just love my new Harley Davidson Street Glide? No wonder this is their best selling bike, excellent machine, has all the bells and whistles that i find important, it's comfy, it fits me, all in all a most excellent experience at Surdyke Harley Davidson, Jerry and his team provided a superb experience, oh and the new lounge is way cool too

I bought my 2017 Road Glide Special in October 2017. I wanted a Laguna orange bike and they didn't use that color for the new 2018 bikes. I searched dealerships online and located my bike at Surdykes. They gave me a fair trade for my 2017 Ultra classic. Everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied with my bike. Forward to April 2018, I took the plunge and had the engine upgraded to the stage 4, 114 c.i. and stage 2 audio upgrade done. Again, the parts and service people bent over backwards to provide the best customer care I have experienced. The engine runs great and I can hear the stereo at any speed. I am very well pleased with everything that I have experienced at Surdyke's.

I took my bike to another bike shop on the recommendation of a friend to get it fixed BIG MISTAKE! that bike shop "thru some parts at it" and charged me a lot of money. They didn't fix the bike, I got aggravated and upset and got nowhere with them. They had my bike for over a month and was rude when I would call and inquire about what was going on So when I finally did get my bike back, it still was not right and the other shop said they couldn't find anything wrong. So, I brought my bike to Surdyke. Talked with Jmack and Dennis about what was wrong and how to fix it they both had confidence they could fix it and guaranteed me it would be right or they would make it right. So I left it in their hands, they broke the motor down and had me come in the next day to show me what was all wrong with the motor and it was a mess the first bike shop should have cought It but they didn't. So the guys at Surdyke fixed what they thought was wrong and I was very happy, again I was back on the road I have a 2000 Electra Glide and yes I love my bike as any one who knows me can tell you. So I get out and about 40-50 miles I hear something not sounding right so I take it back to Surdyke the next day to have them look at it. I get a call the day after and they want me to come in they found another problem they show me what they find and it was within what Harley's specks say, but Jmack told me this is what is going on so the top end was replaced and now the bottom end was going to be replaced so most of what they did on the top end had to be redone to match up what was going to be done on the bottom half. All I'm going to say is they took very good care of me and just like they said if it wasn't right they would make it right and they did when I got it back and all broke in they Dino tuned it and for a 2000 bagger this bike runs like a scalded ass ape and I couldn't be happier with how well it runs I only wish I would have went to them first, but you live and learn so to the guys and gals at Surdyke thank you very much I don't feel like I just had a bike shop do some work and send me down the road, they showed me what they did and explained it to me never made me feel stupid for my million questions or 100's of phone calls to them they were very cool about it. I feel like I made some new friends along the way again to the Service guys mechanics parts guys YOU ALL ROCK!! Even when I was waiting around the sales associates were cool to talk with too!

On June 4th, I was riding to Farmington, Mo. Earlier in the day, I noticed my horn didn't work. Shortly after 6pm, we stopped at your dealership to buy some t-shirts. However, the showroom had just closed. Your service overhead door was open and Nic asked how he could help us. He let my friends into the showroom and I said, "I need a horn". Nic proceeded to pull my '14 Road King into the shop, generate a repair order and install a new horn under warranty. We were back on the road in 30 minutes. THAT WAS AWESOME SERVICE!!! I live out of town, five hundred miles away from Festus, MO. I was looking for a specific bike and a search by another HD dealership showed Surdyke HD had it in stock. From the first call and conversation with a salesman to the day they loaded up my bike to ship it, everyone I came in contact with at Surdyke HD was more helpful and friendly than I have ever seen at any other dealership. They truly exceeded my expectations. Negotiating the deal was a very friendly negotiation, and after the sale they took very good care of me. Service did some work on the bike and it was done when they said it would be with great workmanship. I had some issues with a private shipping company being late, and Surdyke HD let me keep the bike there as long as I needed to. The service department was also very helpful in loading the bike up in the trailer when it finally did get shipped and with getting the security system into transport mode for the trip. The general manager, salesman, parts guy, apparel ladies and service department all took care of me like I had been a customer for years, yet it was my first time buying at Surdyke HD. I would highly recommend Surdykes without hesitation to anyone looking for a dealership that will take care of them in all aspects of owning a Harley Davidson motorcycle (or anything else you buy there). They know what it means to take care of a customer before, during and after the sale.
